Facilities & Hours
- 5 Clubs serving Harrison and Hancock Counties
- Club hours are generally 2:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. during the school year and 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. in the summer
- Clubs typically include: a learning center, game room, technology center,
arts & crafts room, full court gym, meeting rooms, a dedicated teen center and offices for full-time staff members
Budget
- Annual operating budget is $4.1 million
- 93% of the organization's income goes directly to programs
- Fundraising accounts for only 4% of the organization's expenses

Membership
- Average of 1500 youth per day, ages 5-18
- 66% are economically disadvantaged and 51% live in single-parent households
- The annual cost to provide services is approximately $1900 per member, but
the membership fees cover only a small percentage of that cost. Membership fee is $50 per school year and $100 for summer. No
child is excluded for inability to pay
Measurable Outcomes (Nationally)
- Club members graduate from high school at a rate of 87% compared to the national average of 66%
- Club members finish college at a rate of 25%, compared to the national average of 16%
- Club members show an average improvement of 12% in their grades
- In Club neighborhoods, incidents of teen pregnancy and substance abuse arrests are cut by as much as 50%
- More than 57% of national Club alumni surveyed, said the Club "saved their
life"
